1 Terms and Conditions
Landslagsshopen applies both consumer purchasing of Distance Contracts Act. In order to implement a customer must be of age, 18, or have parental consent. Customer refers to a natural person.
2 Ordering
Ordering Landslagsshopens products can be made through www.landslagsshopen.se. Incoming request is answered with a written order confirmation by email. Order is binding from Landslagsshopen page only after confirmation received by the customer.
Landslagsshopen reserves the right to refuse a customer purchases. All orders are considered binding. Have you placed an order by mistake you must contact us immediately.
3 Rates
All prices are including Swedish VAT, currently 25% and are quoted in Swedish krone. Landslagsshopen reserves the right to tax increases and other price changes that we have no control over. Fees for shipping and ev. cash on delivery fee or invoice charges apply.
4 Payment
Online Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Card Payment runs through an encrypted link with dibs payment exchange.
5 Delivery
Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days. Discrepancies may occur. In such cases we contact the customer. Landslagsshopen can not be held responsible to deliver the sold out or the end product. Shipping cost is always visible in the shopping cart.
6 Delivery Delay
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at comprehensive delivery delay. Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers can not meet their commitments to us. Landslagsshopen reserves the right to exclude from compensation to a customer in such circumstances.
Important! In rare cases, postal offices are careless off letters and packages. These we can not replace.
7 Shipment
Shipping for 100 SEK (inc VAT) will be added to all orders.
8 Warranty
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us.
Normally, the customer defray the cost of freight to the service. The receipt of payment is valid as guarantee certificate. Always save the receipt during warranty!
9 Purchase / Return Policy
Landslagsshopen Distance Contracts apply. This means that you as a customer is entitled to 14 day return policy, without special reason. The goods has to be returned in unmodified condition and original wrapping. Landslagsshopen reserves the right to charge the customer if something were missing, such as instructions. The customer pays the return costs. Returns sent COD is dissolvedby landslagsshoppen..
Please contact us before sending the product back. Once we have regained the product your money will be refunded.
10 Complaints
Landslagsshopen consumer purchases act applies when it comes to complaints. Thus, we undertake to replace defective or damaged products at no additional cost. Be careful not to bail out packages with visible defects that may have influenced the condition of the item you ordered. In that case make a claim to the postal office directly at the delivery point and ask them to return the package to the return address and write the reason for the return package. Mail to webshop@intersport.se to provide information on the complain.
11 Unclaimed packages
If for some reason you do not redeem your package, you may pay the cost of shipping and any delivery fee. Remember that the retention period on the line has been shortened to 14 days! Unclaimed packages are charged a fee, currently 95: -. The fee is charged in arrears. For non-payment forwarded unconditionally requirements to service debt collection. No exceptions are made.
